On Tuesday, 28 May, we had the pleasure of welcoming a large number of participants to our exclusive webinar on how our Dimension portal can help you manage your CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) compliance effectively and effortlessly. Led by two experts from our Impact team, this event was a great success and facilitated rich and constructive exchanges.

If certain standards are updated, is there a message or visual cue to alert us ?
Yes, we highlight updates on the platform. They appear and are accessible from the homepage, in the banner at the top right. If certain standards are updated or added, this will be indicated in that location.
Does the Dimension portal allow for aggregation of workload by task and actor to identify critical path points, bandwidth issues, etc... ? Thank you
Yes, you can filter tasks by user in the Action Plan module to isolate tasks assigned to a specific user.
Can Dimension be used if a Gap Analysis has already been performed, and if it was done based on datapoints?
Some clients have requested access to Dimension after completing their Gap Analysis because the Excel spreadsheet format is not ideal for analysing the results and developing action plans by sector or ESRS. It is possible to import your data into the platform, obtain a summary of your results in graphs, and use the action plan feature.
If the Gap Analysis was based on datapoints, we can also import the results, provided that a processing effort is made to ensure alignment between the datapoints and the requirements.

Is there an interconnection with other IT tools for quantitative data?
The data entered in Dimension is exportable, and connections can be developed with other IT tools according to your needs.
Will there be a comparison between exercises?
This will naturally be part of the features available for companies that have already completed their first exercise. During the first exercise, you can already visualise projections of your future compliance level through the Action Plan module.
Will the database be compliant with the XBRL publication format ?
Dimension is not a tool for data consolidation and publication. However, it can be used for audit purposes. For data consolidation and publication exercises, we use other tools (Enablon, Workiva, Tagetik, etc.) to meet your operational needs.
Once the report is drafted, where is it filed? Published?
SIf you are a listed company, the filing is always done with the AMF. Additionally, for all concerned companies (listed or not), a platform called "ESAP" (European single access point) will be set up to centralise published reports.
What is the lead time to access the Dimension portal?
Access is granted very quickly; it only takes a few days to configure the portal and send you access credentials.
What is the cost of using the Dimension portal?
As mentioned during the demonstration, the price is based on the number of ESRS deployed, the number of users, and the duration of use of the portal. We are at your disposal to provide a customised quote for your company.
