KUEHNE + NAGEL, a major player in the Transport and Logistics sector, launched a tender to select a partner capable of supporting the digitalisation of its risk assessment (DUERP) and audit processes, while optimising associated costs. This initiative stemmed from the group’s evolving operations, the changing landscape of the Transport and Logistics market, and the transformation of related regulatory processes.
A timeline of a successful collaboration and transformation
In partnership with Enablon, VPWhite began working with KUEHNE + NAGEL in September 2022. Below are the key milestones of our collaboration:
- 2 September 2022: Enablon contacts VPWhite to organise an initial demonstration of the Enablon solution.
- 20 September 2022: KUEHNE + NAGEL launches a call for tenders covering both the DUERP (Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques Professionnels) and Audit modules.
- 20 October 2022: VPWhite and Enablon submit a joint response to the tender.
- 27 October 2022: VPWhite delivers a demonstration of the Enablon solution.
- January 2023: Contract signed for the initial deployment of the application, including DUERP and Audit modules.
- 22 February 2023: Project kick-off for the DUERP and Audit implementation.
- July 2023: Official launch of the application at KUEHNE + NAGEL with the first DUERP and Audit modules.
- September 2023: Start of the Audit project.
- January 2024: Go-live of the Audit module in production.
- March 2024: Launch of the Compliance project.
- June 2024: Kick-off of the Risk Management project.
After several months of close collaboration and tailored support, VPWhite successfully met KUEHNE + NAGEL's expectations by deploying the various modules of the application. The outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness of our solution and our commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

- Approximately 2,000 risk assessments conducted across 140 sites.
- Around 100 DUERPs made available.
- Action plans monitored within the application, with nearly 700 action plans created.
Audit (after 6 months of use):
- Management of various audits: HSE / Security / Environmental / External / etc.
- 10 audits closed.
- 168 audits in progress.
- 106 audits scheduled.
- 2,400 customised questions.
- 1,600 non-conformities identified.
- 103 opportunities for improvement.
- 69 areas of excellence recorded.
