Risk assessment: automating to strengthen control
With nearly 150 sites in France, Elis was facing a major regulatory challenge: the annual update of the risk assessment document (DUERP). This particularly time-consuming task required significant resources and resulted in strong heterogeneity in the quality of deliverables.
Solution implemented
In partnership with VPWhite and through the capabilities of the Enablon platform, a customised module was designed to enable simplified field data entry and automatic generation of the risk assessment documents.

Chemistry module: managing chemical products
Elis’s core activity involves the daily handling of chemical products. This operational reality required a robust solution capable of ensuring full traceability and a reliable risk assessment, at both local and central level.

A Chemistry module was developed to enable real-time tracking of products used, inventories and chemical risk assessments.

After automating regulatory processes, Elis wanted to take a further step: turning EHS data into a management tool.
Solution implemented
Deployment of the Metrics module, centralising key safety indicators in a real-time dashboard. Data is now automatically consolidated, allowing leadership teams to manage OHS performance accurately.
