Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) is a Belgian company specialising in the manufacturing of flooring and material solutions. The company’s headquarters are located in Waregem, Belgium, and the Group employs over 4,700 people worldwide.

July 2023
Acknowledging that managing a platform dedicated to incidents and action plans requires the joint expertise of specialists who understand both the technology and the EHS business challenges, B.I.G. decided to look for a new integrator capable of efficiently supporting them in administering their solution. This marked the beginning of the collaboration between VPWhite and B.I.G.
August 2023
The first step in this collaboration consisted of an in-depth analysis of B.I.G.’s tool and processes to understand how they had been digitalised. Following this assessment, VPWhite proposed an initial set of enhancements to optimise the platform and improve the user experience. To this end, an add-on specifically developed by VPWhite was integrated, simplifying and streamlining navigation within the tool.
September 2023
Following a successful collaboration and the effective work carried out by the VPWhite teams, B.I.G. has renewed its trust and signed a strategic support contract aimed at sustaining and optimising the use of its solution.
Thanks to the expertise, personalised guidance, and rigour of the VPWhite teams, the client has regained full confidence in its tool and confirmed its intention to rely on VPWhite for the next stages of its development.
Building on this positive momentum, B.I.G. has also called on VPWhite to support the pre-sales phase of two new strategic modules: Metrics and Chemical Management, further demonstrating the strength and quality of the relationship established between the two companies.

October 2024
Following the success of previous projects, B.I.G. once again entrusted VPWhite with overseeing the platform upgrade.
January 2025
En janvier 2025, B.I.G. a réaffirmé sa confiance en VPWhite en lui confiant l’installation du module Metrics d’Enablon. Véritable levier de performance, ce module permettra à l’entreprise de piloter ses indicateurs clés et d’optimiser la gestion de ses KPIs. Grâce à la double expertise technique et fonctionnelle des équipes VPWhite, le projet a été mené avec une approche sur mesure, garantissant une intégration fluide, pertinente et alignée sur les besoins métiers de B.I.G.
June 2025
VPWhite supported B.I.G. in launching the interface between Metrics and Power BI.This strategic project aimed to strengthen the synergy between Metrics data and Power BI’s advanced analytics capabilities. Through this integration, B.I.G. now benefits from a consolidated and dynamic view of its performance indicators, enabling faster and better-informed decision-making made possible by VPWhite’s technical and functional expertise.
Following the successful deployment of the Metrics module, VPWhite’s support teams naturally took over, integrating this new module into their support scope. This continuity reflects the strong and lasting relationship between B.I.G. and VPWhite, further reinforced by an active and dynamic support contract.Through responsive and expert management of requests, VPWhite’s teams ensure the continuous performance and reliability of B.I.G.’s Enablon ecosystem.
