\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBeaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) is a Belgian company specialising in the manufacturing of flooring and material solutions. The company\u2019s headquarters are located in Waregem, Belgium, and the Group employs over 4,700 people worldwide.\n\n

\nTo enhance its processes for collecting and monitoring HSE data<\/strong>, B.I.G. deployed in 2022 modules dedicated to incident and action plan management. One year later, B.I.G. turned to VPWhite to optimise both the tool and its processes<\/strong>, improve the user experience<\/strong> and prepare for the deployment of new functionalities.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAcknowledging that managing a platform dedicated to incidents and action plans requires the joint expertise of specialists who understand both the technology and the EHS business challenges, B.I.G. decided to look for a new integrator capable of efficiently supporting them in administering their solution. Following this assessment, VPWhite proposed an initial set of enhancements to optimise the platform and improve the user experience. To this end, an add-on specifically developed by VPWhite<\/strong> was integrated, simplifying and streamlining navigation within the tool.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFollowing a successful collaboration and the effective work carried out by the VPWhite teams, B.I.G. has renewed its trust and signed a strategic support contract aimed at sustaining and optimising the use of its solution.\nThanks to the expertise, personalised guidance, and rigour of the VPWhite teams, the client has regained full confidence in its tool and confirmed its intention to rely on VPWhite for the next stages of its development.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In January 2025, B.I.G. reaffirmed its confidence in VPWhite by assigning them the installation of the Enablon Metrics module <\/strong>. As a true performance driver, this module <\/strong> enables the company to monitor its key indicators <\/strong>and optimise KPI management. Thanks to VPWhite\u2019s dual technical and functional expertise, the project was conducted with a tailored approach, ensuring smooth and relevant integration aligned with B.I.G.\u2019s business needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Through this integration, B.I.G. now benefits from a consolidated and dynamic view of its performance indicators, enabling faster and better-informed decision-making made possible by VPWhite\u2019s technical and functional expertise.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
