We specialise in optimising our customers operational performance by digitising their Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, Real Estate Management and Legal processes. We do this by developing and implementing web solutions for our customers, which we have been doing so since 2006. We have offices in Paris (France), Lyon (France), London (UK), Munich (Germany) and Chicago (USA), completed over 400 projects in more than 10 countries across the world since our inception and are now embarking on an exciting period of Global expansion.

To support our Global customers and in order to fuel our growth – we are currently looking for an ambitious open-minded Software Consultant to work directly on our customers projects to gather requirements, configure, test and deploy our partners software, in line with our client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest organisations in the world within a dynamic, agile company that operates with a start-up vibe, but with the backing of a secure parent company.

You will be managed by our International Services Manager and will quickly take on responsibilities both internally and in relation to clients, after training courses on the relevant tools. You will be able to work with a Project Manager, clients and partners to take their business rules, workflows and processes, and work with the software to configure them to our clients’ requirements. This is a client facing role and there is a need for you to manage project tasks, delegate work packets where needed and configure our partner’s software.

There is no requirement to have prior experience of programming, but a good sound knowledge in business workflow, logic and project management is required.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • You will be involved in all phases of the project; Manage the end-to-end implementation of partner software for clients, including system setup, configuration, and customisation to meet client needs
  • Project Management of technical work packets and activities; Track progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, and support) to ensure client requirements are met and potential upsell opportunities are identified
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and identify additional opportunities for collaboration or service offerings
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issues
  • Collection of requirements
  • Leading workshops (preparation, presentation, feedback)
  • Implementing of functionalities (feasibility study, data models, configuration)
  • Tests, validation, quality control (unit tests, functional tests) and provide training to clients’ end users on how to effectively use the software
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customisations, and integrations
  • Customer follow-up, customer success, documentation, training

This position is based in our offices in Central London

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Professional proficiency in other languages is appreciated

Skills and Experience

You will have the necessary skills to fulfil your day-to-day responsibilities and have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and customising software solutions for clients
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, compatibility, and functionality
  • Skilled in creating clear, detailed technical documentation for system configurations, customisations, and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring successful project outcomes
  • Experience delivering training to end-users and providing ongoing technical support post-implementation
  • A client-centered approach to resolving issues, delivering solutions that align with client goals and business needs
  • You are familiar with UML and data models (knowledge of SQL would be a plus)
  • Clear and concise in presenting technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills for developing technical documentation, status reports, and client-facing materials
  • Ability to actively listen to clients’ needs and provide relevant, actionable solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to collective goals while also managing individual responsibilities.
